No for Business: $10 per active user per month at every size, or $8.00 per month billed yearly, with a 3-seat minimum ($30/month). The per-user rate stays the same as the team grows. Ministry and Creator use workspace sizes: Starter is $25/month (Ministry up to 250 people, Creator up to 100 members), then $49 and $99 bands. Creator can add 1,000 members for $99/month per block. A full size tells you before refusing a new member; nothing moves to a larger size or costs more automatically. Extra storage is separate and agreed first.
Every new workspace starts on Free, with no trial. You can own up to 3 free workspaces. Paid workspaces don't count toward that, and each paid workspace is billed on its own, so upgrading one frees a free slot. To make a fourth free one, upgrade one of the three or delete one you no longer use (its slot frees when the deletion finishes, 14 days after you ask). On your own server there's no limit unless whoever runs it sets one.
A smaller Ministry or Creator workspace with the same features and fewer people, voice seats, guests and storage. Business has one per-user price at every size.
Every paid plan can add 100 GB blocks at a proposed $5/month or $50/year per block, as an item on the workspace's existing paid subscription (storage isn't sold on its own). In Org Settings, choose “Add more”, then “Ask for more storage”. Platform admins will contact you to agree the amount and price. Until payments are on, no charge is made by the app; once they are, the agreed blocks are billed on the workspace's subscription. Free workspaces can upgrade for more storage; self-hosted storage is the operator's.
A guest seat is a lasting account for someone outside your team — a subcontractor, a partner, a volunteer coordinator — who gets into the workspace categories you choose. People you invite to a one-off meeting by link never use a guest seat.
Yes, on every plan. An Owner or Admin opens Org Settings → Features and switches off anything the workspace doesn't need — prayer requests, meal trains, looking-for-group, the Virtual Office, Tables and more. It disappears for everyone: the sidebar, the top bar, the channel types and Activity. Nothing is deleted, and switching it back on brings everything back as it was. Business includes the workplace, creator and ministry tools, including Bible study channels; a company can keep only what it uses.
Business includes 25 live workflows, 5,000 runs a month and 2,000 calls to outside addresses a day. The Workflows page shows how much of each you've used, and Owners and Admins get one notice at 80% and at 100% of the runs (and when the day's outside calls run out). Past a limit, new runs are skipped and counted, and outside calls fail until midnight UTC — nothing is charged, and nothing moves to a bigger plan. Enterprise limits are set with you; on your own server there are none.
Up to 50 on Ministry, Creator and Business (Ministry Starter 30, Creator Starter 25), and 20 on Free. Hosts and co-hosts always get in, and they count. When a meeting is full, the next person is told so and can try again when someone leaves. For a bigger audience, run it as a Stage in a voice channel: hosts and invited speakers talk, everyone else listens and can raise a hand. Enterprise meetings are sized with you.
In a call everyone can talk, up to the talking cap (25 at once on the paid plans, 10 on Free). A Stage is a call where hosts and the speakers they invite talk, and everyone else listens and can raise a hand to be brought up. A host can turn a voice channel's call into a Stage while it's live, and back again (DM and group calls stay ordinary calls). Stages come with Ministry, Creator and Business. You can also schedule a Stage ahead for an all-hands, a sermon or a town hall: "Host a Stage" on the Events page or "Schedule a Stage" on a voice channel. People tap Remind me, see a Live now banner when it starts, and hosts and speakers wait in a green room until Go live. A scheduled Stage can have a Q&A, where people ask and upvote questions. Coming next: live polls. Enterprise gets larger Stages, sized with you.
Everything in Business at $20 per user a month ($16.00 billed yearly), with a 50-user minimum, plus bigger Stages and meetings sized with you, audit log streaming to more destinations, a data processing agreement, invoicing, priority support and onboarding, and a dedicated server instance — your own Ramphearth servers, run and updated by us. Single sign-on over OpenID Connect or SAML 2.0 is available on Business and Enterprise. Ramphearth is currently offered from the US for US-based use: our servers are in the United States, and we don't yet offer EU or UK data residency or the paperwork it needs. If there's enough interest, we'll add both. Join the list and we'll tell you if and when it happens.
Ramphearth is self-funded: no ads, and we never sell your data, so what you pay is how it runs. We set it by what each part of Ramphearth costs us to run.
Messages, threads and search cost us very little to run, so they're free on every plan.
Voice and video run through media servers we rent and run ourselves. That's most of what a paid plan pays for.
Every photo, file and document is kept encrypted on storage we pay for, which is why storage grows with the plan.
A call with hundreds of people needs more server room, which is why the larger sizes allow more people in voice at once.
An example. One call server costs us about $23 a month and comfortably carries around 50 people talking at once (our sizing says about 47). Most people in a church or a creator community read and chat; only a handful are on a call at any moment. That's why a 1,000-person church or a 250-member creator community can be $49 a month.
